About Des
Des Hague is a businessman, investor, author, keynote speaker, and advisor to many who has led global brands to success, returned half a billion for private investors, billions more for public shareholders, and authored influential books on leadership and personal growth. His career spans executive roles, private equity investments, and mentoring startups, with a strong commitment to philanthropy and resilience.
He currently serves as co-founder and CEO of Hague Enterprises and is the founder of the Thinking Academy. Additionally, Des sits on the boards of Rä Foods, MRGN, IKONIQ, and ITATU, is an advisor to Fat Tuesday. Des is an active mentor, advising several start-up ventures and working with numerous private equity groups to create more than half a billion dollars in returns for investors. Outside of the business world, he has received numerous community leader awards and helped raise more than $100 million for a variety of nonprofits.
He holds an MBA from the American College in London and resides in Colorado with his wife, Carol. They are the proud parents of two sons, Patrick and Desmond Jr., and have three grandchildren.
